Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

At Aquatic S, every item is made to order. This reduces overproduction, cuts waste, and helps us create clothing that’s better for the planet and built just for you.
Worldwide delivery typically takes 9–17 days. If your order exceeds 25 days, please contact us at info@aquatic-s.co.uk and we’ll look into it right away.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Aquatic S Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Aquatic S Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping We currently offer international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
